Financial Information

The Dental Health Center offers a variety of payment options for your dental services.

As is customary for most businesses, payment for single-visit treatment and emergency care is expected at the time of service. For your convenience, we accept cash, checks, money orders, credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, and Discover), and our popular dental credit card, CareCredit.

Our policy for single visits and emergency services is that payment is due in full at the time of service.

For larger dental treatment plans that require multiple visits, we offer several payment options.

  • Option 1: We offer a 5% courtesy fee reduction (10% for seniors over 65), if you pay for your treatment in full at the time of the first appointment.
  • Option 2: For those who would prefer an extended payment plan, we also offer interest-free monthly payment options through our popular dental credit card, CareCredit.

Ask our treatment coordinator to provide you with specific details about how best to accomplish your treatment and financial goals.

Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage.

PATIENTS WHO UTILIZE INSURANCE MUST PAY THE PATIENT PORTION, AS ESTIMATED BY YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY, ON THE DAY OF SERVICE. IF A PATIENT ARRIVES FOR AN APPOINTMENT AND WILL NOT BE ABLE TO PAY FOR HIS OR HER RESPONSIBILITY, A NEW APPOINTMENT WILL BE MADE.

If you have any questions regarding your account, please contact us at (651) 463-2300. Typically, a simple telephone call should clear up any misunderstandings.
